What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?
You should receive a copy of your online order confirmation via email within
an hour of placing your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us at 1-800-681-3962 to ensure that your order was received and is
being processed.
When will my Credit Card be charged?
A charge on your credit card will be processed when your order is shipped.
If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will
not be charged to your account until item(s) are shipped. There are
some exceptions with orders that contain items requiring freight delivery or
that are sent directly from our vendors.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Backyard Gardening accepts several credit cards including American
Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA.
Do you accept personal checks?
We do accept personal checks. We suggest you complete your transaction and
when asked for payment method select "mail - order". After
submitting order you will have the ability to print invoice. Mail copy of
invoice with check made payable to Backyard Gardening. Personal checks may
delay your order 7 - 10 days.
Do you accept fax orders?
We designed our site ordering system to process orders with fax order
method. When asked for payment method select "fax order".
After submitting order, then print invoice and fax to 1-800-311-9539.
Please be sure to include credit card information when faxing orders. We
can not accept check orders by fax.
What if I have a question about a product?

Why should I register with Backyard Gardening?
Registering with Backyard Gardening is not required to shop on our site, however
becoming a member offers you a number of benefits to make shopping with us faster,
and easier. By registering you will
not be required to enter your billing and shipping information next time you
shop with us. Also, you will be able to track the status of your order and
review history of past purchases. With your permission, we will send you
news of our latest sales, and new products available.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not been shipped we can change shipping address. Please
contact us at 1-800-681-3962.
